Terms and Conditions
These owner-approved terms describe the business rules for services offered byMostly Right LLC d/b/a Coach Polumbus ("Coach Polumbus"). They are not attorney-reviewed and do not claim that every provision is enforceable in every circumstance.
1. Adult booking party
A booking must be made by an adult who is at least 18 years old. If the participant is under 18, the booking adult must be the participant's parent or legal guardian and must complete all required agreements. A minor must not submit the online agreement form independently.
2. Coaching services
Services may include private offensive-line training, Tyler-approved small-group training, live film review, or private team clinics. Every new athlete begins with the required initial private session before Tyler recommends continuing private or group training. A booking is not confirmed until payment, scheduling requirements, and all required agreements are complete.
3. Location and facility rules
Training is based in Parker and Castle Rock, Colorado. The exact approved location is provided during booking. Participants and accompanying adults must follow the facility's rules. No facility is promised until its commercial-use permission and availability are confirmed.
4. Prices and payment
Current prices are displayed on the website and confirmed before purchase. The $175 initial session is booked through Cal.com and paid through Stripe in U.S. dollars. No custom payment form is hosted on this website, and Coach Polumbus does not receive payment-card details. Packages have no expiration and are nonrefundable except where required by law.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
With at least 24 hours' notice, a family may reschedule a session or have its credit restored. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows normally forfeit the session. If Tyler cancels, or weather or facility conditions prevent the session, reschedule it or restore its credit. Tyler may approve an exception for a genuine emergency.
6. Participation and safety
Football training is physically demanding and carries risks, including contact, falls, collisions, heat or cold exposure, strains, sprains, fractures, concussion, other serious injury, and death. Participation is voluntary. Participants must follow instructions, use required equipment, disclose restrictions directly to the signing adult and Coach Polumbus as appropriate, and stop when injured or unsafe. Coaching is not medical advice or medical care.
7. Separate participation agreement
Before training, the adult participant or a minor participant's parent or legal guardian must complete the participation agreement, assumption of risk, liability waiver, emergency authorization, and policy acknowledgments. A facility may require a separate agreement. The current website agreement is owner-approved as written, not attorney-reviewed, and local fill-and-print only. It does not submit or store a signature and is not a live electronic-signature workflow.
8. Conduct
Participants, parents, guardians, and spectators must act safely and respectfully, follow coaching and facility instructions, and avoid harassment, hazing, bullying, threats, violence, sexual misconduct, retaliation, drugs, alcohol, weapons, and unsafe behavior. Coach Polumbus may pause or end participation when conduct creates a safety or safeguarding concern. Final conduct and reporting policies remain subject to legal review.
9. Privacy and communications
The privacy notice explains the handling of personal information. The business email and phone may be used for scheduling and service messages. Marketing consent is not bundled with these terms, and these terms do not authorize photography, video, publicity, or testimonial use.
10. Changes and contact
