Initial session
What Happens In
The First Hour.
Every new athlete starts with one private hour. It costs $175. It lasts 60 minutes. Tyler Polumbus coaches it. There is no assistant on the field and no group dropped in from a website form.
What Tyler is looking at
The hour is an assessment and a coaching session at the same time. Tyler watches stance, first movement, footwork, hand placement, balance, leverage, and how the athlete takes a correction. He also asks about experience and the goal the family actually has — youth technique, high-school playing time, or college-hopeful work — without turning the hour into a recruiting pitch.
The skills on this site are the same skills in the hour: stance and start, feet, hands, leverage, technique that holds up in run and pass, and recognition of fronts, movement, and assignment. The athlete leaves with cleaner reps from that day, not a packet of promises.
What happens after the hour
Tyler names the next step. That can be continued private work at $165 a session, a small group that actually fits, live film review later, or no continuing package. Families do not buy a group, a film package, or a clinic as the first purchase.
Required agreements are completed before the first session, not as a substitute for it. Exact location is sent for the booked date. Athletes travel to Tyler in Parker and Castle Rock, Colorado.
